If your car needs any additional work that requires spare parts, our service advisors will give you a quote for the parts. The work will be carried out after getting an approval from you.
You can choose to replace the parts with original parts supplied by the vehicle manufacturer, or just use aftermarket parts. No work will be carried out on your car without your signed approval.
A major service on a car is a comprehensive check-up of the vehicle's key systems and components. This routine maintenance is more extensive than a basic oil change or minor service. It typically includes the replacement of various filters, fluids, and spark plugs, an inspection of the engine, transmission, brakes, and exhaust systems, as well as checks on the suspension, tires, lights, and battery. The aim of a major service is to ensure the car operates at optimal performance levels, to identify potential issues before they become major problems, and to ultimately extend the lifespan of the vehicle. It is recommended at specific mileage intervals as outlined in the vehicle's service manual.
The process is simple. On the day of your service, our agent will arrive at the collection point. He will check your car for any damage and prepare a damage report of your vehicle, which will be sent to you by SMS and e-mail. Your car is then taken to the garage and fully inspected with a comprehensive health check.
If any issues are found during the service, we will source the parts and give you a quote for them, and any labour work during repairs. Our advisor will contact you to obtain your approval for any vehicle repairs. If you accept, we will carry out the service and additional repairs, and if you decline, only the service will be conducted.
Once payment has been received, your car will be delivered to you along with a comprehensive delivery report. You can check the report to see if any additional damages are on your car. All our invoices, inspection reports, delivery reports, and parts requests are sent digitally to your phone via SMS, e-mail, or on the app.
