If your car needs any additional work that requires spare parts, our service advisors will give you a quote for the parts. The work will be carried out after getting an approval from you.
You can choose to replace the parts with original parts supplied by the vehicle manufacturer, or just use aftermarket parts. No work will be carried out on your car without your signed approval.
Parts are not included in the service packages online. We will supply you with OEM, aftermarket, and genuine parts at trade prices, or you can provide your own parts. We give you the freedom of choosing your own parts.
The service prices listed online cover labour costs only. At the time of booking, you will have two options: supply my own parts or buy parts from ServiceMyCar. Your car will stay safe in our garage. However, if you need your car immediately, and it’s safe to drive, we will return it whilst waiting for the spare parts to arrive.
